What is a Member ID?

When you purchase a subscription, you are issued a 4 - 8 digit Member ID . You should have received your Member ID from either the approval screen when the order was made or in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always maintain a record of your Member ID and should use this number in any correspondence with a customer service representative.

Can I get information on the membership that I purchased?

Yes. Check the confirmation email that was sent to you when you signed up.

I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?

Please make sure that you enter a valid email address each time that you purchase a membership to insure that you'll receive your confirmation email.

I purchased a trial membership - will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed the initial low cost price. If you do not cancel your trial membership prior to the end of the trial, then your credit card will be billed for a standard monthly membership on a recurring basis. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Website that you joined for further information.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can instantly cancel your membership here by filling out our Customer Service Email Form.

My credit card is being billed, how can I stop this?

You need to cancel your membership by emailing Customer Service. Fill out our Email Form.

Once I cancel my membership will I be billed again?

No. Once a membership is cancelled there will be no further billings.

I am having problems canceling my membership. What do I do?

How do I know that my membership has been cancelled?

You will receive an email cancellation receipt once you cancel. In order to receive this receipt, it is necessary that you use a valid email address when ordering a service or product.

I have lost my password.

If you have lost your password and want it mailed to you, fill out our Email Form with the origional email address you used to signup, or the site url that you signed up for with your user name.

It won't accept my username & password.

Make sure you are entering the site properly by going to the front page of the website and clicking the 'members' button. If you still can't get in, check to see if you have received an e-mail confirming your membership - your username and password will be verified in the e-mail. Make sure you are typing them EXACTLY as you see them in your confirming e-mail. If you still cannot get access, click here.

When I enter the site, I get a 'Forbidden Error'

Make sure you have not bookmarked the site beyond the front page. Always enter the site by going to the front page of the website and clicking the 'member' button.

I forgot my password.

Check the confirmation of membership e-mail you were sent - your password should be verified in the e-mail. If you've already deleted the e-mail, click here to contact Customer Support.

How do I enter the site?

To enter the site and enjoy your membership, just go to the front page of the website and click the 'members' button. You should get a pop-up asking for your username & password. Enter those, remembering they are CaSe-SeNsItIvE . If the pop-up occurs again, or you get a message 'authorization failed', and you are absolutely sure you have entered them correctly, there may be a problem with your membership. ATTENTION CONSUMERS - HOW TO REPORT UNSOLICITED BULK E-MAIL (UBE)

If you believe you are the recipient of unsolicited bulk e-mail from a person or company advertising websites under this program, please follow this procedure: The best and easiest way to send your UBE complaint is by pasting the contents of the offending e-mail, with all header information into our Email Form. Please include your name, address, telephone number and any information you may have about the identity of the person or entity that sent the UBE to you. You may be able to collect information about the sender from the e-mail itself, for instance, by examining the e-mails "header," by examining the webpage or by running a whois query against the webpage domain.

Our Affiliate Unsolicited Bulk Email Policy

We do NOT allow Webmasters to market websites under this program through the transmission of unsolicited bulk e-mails, therefore it is extremely important that any mass e-mailings by you conform to our policies. Moreover, you need to be aware of the fact that many service providers have their own standards and policies when it comes to mass mailings to their customers/members and you must comply with these policies as well.

In order to send any bulk email that refers customers to any of our sites you must have a prior business relationship with the e-mail recipient, including but not limited to having obtained their e-mail address through a verifiable opt-in procedure. We require you to maintain electronic records of the manner in which you obtain e-mail addresses for use in mailings and you warrant to us that you maintain such by accepting this agreement. This is because, if we receive a complaint from a person or organization that has received a promotional e-mailing from you, you will need to demonstrate to us that such person did not receive unsolicited bulk e-mail from you.

We also strictly prohibit you from transmitting e-mail that makes use of or contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other means of deceptive addressing ("counterfeit e-mail"). Do NOT do this. We also strictly prohibit you from transmitting e-mail that is relayed from any third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party, or which employs similar techniques to hide or obscure the source of the e-mail. Do NOT do this.

The transmission of unsolicited bulk e-mail, including the transmission of counterfeit e-mail, may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender under applicable federal and/or state law.

We do NOT authorize the harvesting or collection of email addresses, logins or screen names from any ISP service for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail, and will terminate without pay any webmaster determined to have transmitted bulk emails advertising any websites marketed through our program(s) to lists gathered by such methods.

Should we determine, in our sole discretion that you have violated this agreement or any of its requirements, you will be terminated immediately, will be ineligible to sign up for another account, will not be paid for any traffic or subscriptions generated prior to the date of termination; and your registration information may be turned over to complaining parties.
